Dog Daycare Management Fast Track
LOVE Dogs AND want to bring your dog to work?
Dogtopia - the industry leader in dog daycare - is looking for energetic, authentic, and enthusiastic team players to join our team with a view to progressing into a management role.
For qualified candidates, we will put you into what we call the “Management Fast Track”. You will start as a Canine Coach but we will expect that you will progress quickly through our various levels of training and be ready for a leadership role on the team relatively quickly. We don’t make promises as to how fast this will be (it largely depends on how successful you are in each of the fundamental roles but also on position availability). We do promise regular communication and feedback on how you are doing.
For reference, ALL of our current General Managers and Assistant GMs began as Canine Coaches. The time from joining the company to promotion to Assistant GM is rarely less than 6 months but has been as low as 3 months.
Fast Track is open for multiple of our Phoenix Area locations!
- Historic Phoenix (McDowell & 7th Ave)
- Uptown Phoenix (7th St & Rose)
- Arcadia (32nd St & Indian School)
- Tempe (Broadway & McClintock)
